If you are currently using Internet Explorer version 3, here's what to do:

  • Go to "View" on the standard toolbar above the screen. Click on "View" to see a pulldown menu.
  • Click on "Options."
  • Select "Start Page" from the pull-down menu in the first box. (If you do not see "Start Page" right away, you're probably using a slighter older version of the browser, so you'll need to click the "Navigation" tab first.)
  • In the box marked "address," type our URL (http://www.flsearch.com) and click OK. FLSearch.com will now be your startup page.

  • Select "General Preferences." A new menu will appear.
  • Click on the tab marked "Appearance."
  • In the area titled "Startup" make sure that the box next to "Netscape Browser" is checked for the "On Startup Launch:" option. For the "Browser Starts With" option, select "Home Page Location."
  • In the text field below the "Home Page Location" options, type in our URL (http://www.flsearch.com) and click OK. FLSearch.com will now be your home page at startup.

If you are currently using Netscape Communicator 4.x (Windows), here's what to do:

  • Go to "Edit" on the standard toolbar above the screen.
  • Select "Preferences..." from the bottom of the pull-down menu.
  • Click on the circle next to "home page" in the top right box. (If you don't see "home page," click "Navigator" under "Category" on the left side of the window.)
  • In the next box, type our URL (http://www.flsearch.com) in the space. Click OK. FLSearch.com will now be your home page.

If you are currently using Netscape Navigator 3.x for Macintosh, here's what to do:

  • Go to "Options" on the standard toolbar above the screen. Click there for a pull-down menu.
  • Select "General Preferences."
  • Click on the tab that says "Appearance."
  • You will see a new screen appear. At the bottom, where the type reads "Browser starts with," click the second button ("Home Page Location").
  • Type in our URL (http://www.flsearch.com) and click OK. FLSearch.com will now be your startup page.

If you are currently using America Online 3.0, here's what to do:

  • When you see the "Welcome" screen, go to "Members," above the visual icons on the standard toolbar.
  • Click on the word "Preferences." A new menu will appear.
  • You will see a series of buttons representing areas where you can adjust your setup. Click on the picture of the globe. Another new menu will appear.
  • At the bottom of the new menu, type "http://www.flsearch.com" and click "Home." FLSearch.com on the Web will be your Internet home page from now on, but you always need to connect to the Internet through the AOL Welcome page.

If you are currently using America Online 4.0 for Windows 95/98, here's what to do:

  • When you see the "Welcome" screen, please go to: "My AOL" on the standard toolbar.
  • Click on the word "Preferences" and select "www" from the menu. Another menu will appear.
  • In the new menu that pops up, type our address: http://www.flsearch.com at the bottom where it says "___'s Homepage".
  • FLSearch.com on the Web will be your start up page from now on, but you always need to connect to the Internet through the AOL Welcome page.
